Haverford Township Zoning Board Decision on BIG billboard case February 16

The Haverford Township Zoning Board heard final arguments on February 2 and closed the record on the case concerning Bartkowski Investment Group’s challenge to township zoning ordinances and their application to install five double-faced 672-square-foot billboards in the township at 2040, 1330 and 1157 West Chester Pike and 600 and 648 Lancaster Avenue.  Testimony spanned two years and nine months during 26 hearings.

A decision will be issued February 16 with a written opinion to follow.
